All parcels of Kotsifali were hand harvested with picking based on flavour profile. After being destemmed and crushed, the grapes went into a 14 hour skin contact. The free run juice was fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 17–19°C.

Dark pink colour with brick red hues. Vibrant and bright nose of cherry fruits, blueberries and plums with a touch of herbal and earthy notes. Lively mouthfeel dominated by juicy fruit with a refreshing crispy aftertaste.

Pair with Mediterranean dishes, as well as pasta and seafood, especially in red sauces. Serve at 10-12°C.
