This wine is produced from organic vineyards at an altitude of 550m. Harvested by hand during the last week of August. The grapes were destemmed and then subjected to a 24h skin contact at 10°C. The free run juice was led into stainless steel tank where it was fermented at 15-17°C for 16 days. The wine went through spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Pale yellow colour. Aromas of sweet stone fruit and blooming herbs with hints of citrus. The mouthfeel is velvet and full of texture with a strong presence of creamy fruit and mineral notes in the aftertaste.

Pair with all sea food, meat in creamy sauces and Mediterranean dishes with vegetables like stuffed zucchini blossoms. Serve at 10-12°C.
