This wine is produced from vineyards at an altitude of 550m, harvested by hand during the first week of September. The grapes were destemmed and slightly crushed, then subjected to a 4-hour skin contact. The free run juice was led into inox tank (73%) and oak (27%) where it was fermented at 16-18°C for 20 days. 57% of the wine matured in oak for 1.5 months.

Pale mid straw colour. Attractive aromas of tropical peach, nectarine and citrus with hints of florals and mineral notes. The palate is juicy and full textured with long delightful aftertaste.

Pair with all sea food, meat in creamy sauces and Mediterranean dishes with vegetables like stuffed zucchini blossoms. Serve at 10-12°C.
